Payment is required to secure your seat in our classes. We accept all credit cards through our website. For cash payments, you need to pay 48 hours after booking your spot otherwise it will be canceled.

1. All Sales Are Final:

All product and gift card sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless otherwise specified in writing.

2. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product. We will assess the issue and provide further instructions.

3. No Refunds:

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the product.

4. Class Cancellation Policy:

Due to limited seating, we kindly request that you notify us one week before a scheduled class, and we will issue you with a class voucher valid for 3 months.
This allows Bakelab the opportunity to fill your spot.
Failure to cancel a week ahead will result in you losing your spot and payment.

Gift card and Product orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.
Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.

5. Exceptions:

In rare cases, we may consider exceptions to this policy. Any such exceptions will be at the sole discretion of Bakelab.

6. Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If an exception is made, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Changes to the Policy:

We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Please review this page periodically for any changes.

Bakelab Team

We’re happy to schedule private classes around our existing schedule. We require a minimum of 5 students for a private class. To schedule a class and for more information, please contact us.
